Mat Pilates uses a series of exercise routines designed to increase core strength, and improve posture, energy and flexibility. Pilates work is powered by breath, flow and centering. By focusing on the mind-body connection and using more efficient form, this workout helps develop a stronger, leaner, healthier body.
