Private Reformer Instruction

Private sessions are tailored to your specific needs and goals. Pilates puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. It allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginner to advanced. Pilates has something to offer everyone. Each Private Session runs 55-65 minutes.

Group Yoga at the Turner Community Center

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays | 10:30–11:30 a.m. 

Jan. 12–March 20 (No class Jan. 19 & Feb. 16)

This class focuses on gentle poses, breath control and relaxation to improve flexibility, strength and mindfulness. Perfect for all levels, it’s a great way to reduce stress and restore balance in the body.

Group Mat Pilates at the Turner Community Center

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays | 12–1 p.m. 

Jan. 12–March 20 (No class Jan. 19 & Feb. 16)

Mat Pilates uses a series of exercise routines designed to increase core strength, and improve posture, energy and flexibility. Pilates work is powered by breath, flow and centering. By focusing on the mind-body connection and using more efficient form, this workout helps develop a stronger, leaner, healthier body.
